Refund Policy

This policy applies to learning programmes hosted on the AFRACAD portal. Programmes offered by our Partners may have a different Refund Policy.

Refund requests are submitted via e-mail info@afracad.com. Qualifying cancellations are eligible for a full refund less 5% administration fee

  1. Face-to-face and Virtual Programme
    A refund request must be made 7 days or more before the programme or session start date.
    The fee is nonrefundable after the session date.
  2. Self-paced Programmes e.g., E-learning
    A refund request can only be made within 14 days after the purchase date.
    The fee is nonrefundable once you have started the programme
  3. Conferences and other Events
    Please refer to the cancellation policy of the event organizer.
