Refund Policy
This policy applies to learning programmes hosted on the AFRACAD portal. Programmes offered by our Partners may have a different Refund Policy.
Refund requests are submitted via e-mail info@afracad.com. Qualifying cancellations are eligible for a full refund less 5% administration fee
- Face-to-face and Virtual Programme
A refund request must be made 7 days or more before the programme or session start date.
The fee is nonrefundable after the session date. - Self-paced Programmes e.g., E-learning
A refund request can only be made within 14 days after the purchase date.
The fee is nonrefundable once you have started the programme - Conferences and other Events
Please refer to the cancellation policy of the event organizer.
