The capacity building programmes support the development of industrial infrastructure (industrial parks, export processing zones, etc.), agro-processing, light manufacturing, the services sectors, and select heavy industries and infrastructure. AFRACAD’s advocacy programmes also create awareness on digital platforms available to facilitate trade, such as the Pan-African Payment & Settlement System (PAPSS), the Africa Customer Due Diligence Platform (MANSA), the Trade Information Portal (TIP) or Trade Regulatory Information Portal (TRIP).
