In this module, you’ll explore the various export opportunities available in the agribusiness sector and learn how to conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to support successful exports.
The first module provides participants with key insights on local production and value chain activities, highlighting major export destinations for agrifood produce from Africa and understand the volume of Intra-Africa trade compared to the rest of the world as well as present market opportunities in Africa.
Module 2 covers the importance of conducting thorough market analysis to identify target markets. This includes identifying key stakeholders, understanding consumer trends, preferences, and emerging opportunities.
The final module helps participants understand the differences between exporting commodities and value-added products in international trade, enabling them to make informed decisions and seize opportunities for added value in global markets.
