GAIN-AFREXIMBANK Masterclass on Entrepreneurship and Intra-African Trade
The GAIN-AFREXIMBANK Masterclass on Intra-African Trade and Entrepreneurship 2.0 prepares young African entrepreneurs for the opportunities presented by the AfCFTA.
Finance, Cross-border payment, branding, company planning, staffing, customer identification and management, legal aspects, standardization, systems and processes and other topics are covered in the programme.
In addition to the outlined courses are mentorship sessions, networking opportunities with other entrepreneurs across Africa, a certificate, and a community of like minds for accountability.
The program includes live training sessions on the courses and group mentorship sessions during the six-week programme.
Participants are young African business owners who are chosen from around the continent. The programme will end with a certificate jointly signed by AFREXIMBANK and GAIN. Pre-program and post-training surveys administered for feedback as part of the evaluation process. This program prepares and empowers African youths for intra- African trade, and spurs socioeconomic development.
