This training covers the following key elements:

1. Provides an overview of the key elements of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and how these elements relate to our day-to-day operations at Afreximbank.
2. Focuses on Risk Culture and the related core principle of “Accountability”. Risk culture shapes the decisions of management and staff during the day-to-day activities and has an impact on the risks they assume.
3. Focuses on the Bank’s Risk Universe, that is, the key risks that the Bank faces in its day-to-day operations and how the risks are managed in the Bank.
